The terms and conditions of our Shipping Policies are as follows:

Domestic Continental United States Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx or USPS based upon item/market considerations. All orders are generally shipped and delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase for orders within the continental United States. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping within the Continental United States is always FREE at Sara Jane’s Alley. Customers must pay for shipping on all returns accepted by Sara Jane’s Alley.

For all items to be shipped outside of the Continental United States, the Customer must email Sara Jane’s Alley PRIOR TO PURCHASE for shipping information and costs.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Sara Jane’s Alley is not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Sara Jane’s Alley is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. All shipped items under $100.00 in value are insured by the shipping service and all shipped items over $100.00 in value are insured by Sara Jane’s Alley. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please take pictures of all damaged packages and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

Sara Jane’s Alley wants you to be satisfied with your purchase and we try to provide extremely accurate descriptions of our antique, vintage and gently used products. However, if you believe an item is not as described, or has undisclosed condition issues, please email Sara Jane’s Alley within thirty (30) days of your purchase. Sara Jane’s Alley will make every effort to reach a fair resolution of any reported product problems. Customers must pay for shipping on all returns accepted by Sara Jane’s Alley.

We can usually save you money on combining items for shipping, so if you are purchasing multiple items please PUT THE ITEMS IN YOUR CART - then you can request an invoice by emailing SaraJane’s Alley BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT and we will send you an invoice with the combined shipping discount. By checking out without an invoice you might be paying more than you should.

Please understand that Sara Jane’s Alley is not an expert in any collecting field and we are using more general terms and standards in referring to the items up for auction. We try to accurately assess the condition of each item.

We get our description information through research and other collector's opinions. All descriptions are for informational purposes only.
